प्रेम मंदिर से 2 km से भी ज़्यादा दूर है । रिसेप्सन स्टफ़ सहयोग नहीं करते । होटल के आस पास पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट के लिए 5-10 मिनट वाक् करना होता है । इमर्जेंसी में ट्रांसपोर्ट नहीं है मुझे 10 मिनट सारा लगेज लेकर वाक् करना पड़ा वहाँ से जाने का साधन मिला। डीलक्स रूम की जगन अन्य रूम दे दिया ।रात को या सुबह जल्दी चेकआउट करना है तो पहले से ट्रांसपोर्ट की व्यवस्था अनिवार्य रूप से करे । होटल से सहयोग की अपेक्षा न करे ।

it was pleasant stay in Vrindavan. their housekeeping staff was very helpfull. & hotel also have rooftop restaurant to serve delicious meal & authentic taste . allover my experience was totally fantastic . special thanks to the reception team Mr.santosh , Mr yash for best guidence

wonderful stay in Vrindavan with the team Tulsi Garden they make our stay memorable & their rooftop restaurant taste was amazing highly recommended for different flavours of ice cream. and their reception staff provides you allover best services . rooms were neat & clean.thank you the hotel Tulsi Garden for everything

The facilities were very good to stay. Food was delicious and varieties were available with a very good taste experience. All appliances were working in good condition. But there was a slow response for a few things, like I called two times for the toothpaste kit but it was not available till I left the Hotel.
